Approximately ten hectares will be made available for investors starting in the Spring of 2013.

The Aye Park is an industrial and commercial zone where approximately twenty companies providing employment are located. The success of this park is essentially due to its advantageous location and its quality landscaping. In addition to being located along the N4 and its proximity to the Marche-en-Famenne train station, since last February the Aye industrial park includes Novalis Science Park amongst its neighbours.

As a result of the latest sales at the park, there are now only a few opportunities remaining to acquire space in the park. Consequently, IDELUX has decided to create new zones. As part of the implementation of a development plan for the zone, the authorities have begun work on an additional ring road of 680 m from the new access onto the N4 which opened in 2008. Furthermore, an additional 150m of road will service a larger area. The works will involve some limited deforestation that will be carried out in collaboration with the DNF*, the building of a road, road lighting and a water draining and supply system.

This work budgeted at €1,656.260 ex VAT is scheduled to last 100 working days and will offer about ten additional hectares to investors as of spring 2013.
